Passions
Spending time with the kids, extended family, friends and doing anything in the Great Outdoors. I enjoy watching Hawkeye football, as well as volunteering whenever I can. Our Border Collie Tazzy, Bella the Frenchie, and cat Lucy keep us very busy.
What I am Most Proud Of
Serving our country in the US Army. It has been one of the best experiences of my life so far and has turned out to be one of the most important life decisions I made to learn the discipline and leadership skills necessary to obtain success in life, both personally and professionally.
What I like to do in my Spare Time
I am an avid outdoorsman. My wife and I have a passion for snowmobiling and typically take trips every year to the Michigan UP and Northern Wisconsin area, or any other place where we can find good snow to ride! We are also avid cyclists and have been riding across the state of Iowa on RABGRAI since 1998. We recently picked up kayaking.. I also enjoy archery and bowhunting in the Fall, fishing of any kind, and vacationing with the family.

FOUNDER & CEO
Brad Jones is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Saige Partners, a staffing and recruiting firm that believes in building careers not jobs, by identifying, attracting, placing, and retaining the highest caliber candidates and employees. His goal is to ensure everyone at Saige Partners benefits as they build a foundation and culture around their mission statement “Your Future Your Solution.” Brad feels this will provide strong success for candidates and clients who are looking to accomplish immediate and future achievements by creating partnerships, not transactions.
Brad brings over 25+ years’ experience in the transportation, logistics, finance, insurance, IT, and engineering industries, working bottom to top, which has given him first-hand knowledge in all areas of employees, development, sales, strategy, and business operations. In addition to owning and operating Saige Partners, Brad serves on the IMTA (Iowa Motor Truck Association) Board and is a peer member of ASA (American Staffing Association). If not in the office, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife, son, daughter, and twin boys.
CAMI JONES
GENERAL MANAGER & OFFICE COORDINATOR
Cami pursued her academic journey in Business Administration and Management at Luther College. The favorite part of her job is seeing others find their potential and reach their goals. Throughout her life, she has always felt passionate about helping others. While her son remains her ultimate source of joy, Cami also finds immense fulfillment in exploring new destinations and actively participating in volunteer work within her community. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with family and her dog, Lincoln, helping out at her hometown dance studio, baking, and reading a good book.
JARED FINDLATER
DIRECTOR OF TRAINING & TALENT ACQUISITION
Jared is originally from small town, rural Iowa and moved to Louisville, KY to run Track at Bellarmine University. Upon graduation, Jared stayed in the Louisville area and pursued a career in staffing. He found that he had a strong niche in leading and mentoring others. With his role at Saige Partners, Jared helps with training new Saigers, continued education and ongoing training.
