Saige Partners Promotes Brian Dennis to Chief Operating Officer

IOWA CITY, Iowa — July 20, 2026 — Saige Partners is excited to announce the promotion of Brian Dennis to Chief Operating Officer, effective Monday, July 20, 2026.

Since joining Saige Partners in January 2018, Brian has been a driving force behind the company’s growth, serving most recently as Executive Vice President of Sales & Strategy. As a Certified EOS Integrator, Brian has played an important role in strengthening the company’s leadership, strategic direction, client relationships, culture, and organizational development.

Through his leadership, commitment to clients, and dedication to building a high-performing team, Brian has helped shape Saige Partners into one of the Midwest’s fastest-growing recruiting firms.

In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Brian will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations while continuing to strengthen its culture, enhance the client and candidate experience, support employees and contractors, and advance the strategic growth of Saige Partners. He will also help align sales, recruiting, operations, and company strategy while promoting accountability and operational excellence throughout the organization.
